3. PIN protection
The PIN is a local security feature that protects access to the app on your device.
We do not store or recover your PIN.
If the PIN is lost or the device is reset, local data may be lost.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the app available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Offline functionality depends on your device and browser.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe.
We do not store card or payment details.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages,
loss of profits, or decisions made based on the use of Lucid.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal,
without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.
